What's the issue you encountered?

Whenever placing hanging signs in the world they cannot be deleted at all.
When trying to remove them (both in creative and survival) they disappear for a moment before reappearing, no other block can be placed in the spot and it will always change into the sign. Nothing seems to get rid of them.
After closing and opening the game again the sign appears invisible, though the outline of the sign can still be seen. Eventually they reappear after looking at them for a moment or trying to interact with them.
This doesn't effect non hanging/floor signs, only hanging signs.
It doesn't effect vanilla minecraft wood signs (hanging or floor).
You cannot edit or write on the signs at all either.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Placing a hanging sign in any of the biomes o plenty wood and trying to remove it.

Additional information

It happened specifically on a Cobblemon (fabric 1.20.1) server, and there is a long list of other mods aside the two. The only mods that appear to involve signs are Feytweaks and Stendhal. We're unsure if it's compatibility issues with either these or other mods.
Honestly any tips/info would help!
