Unable to disable the generation of the end_corruption biome using the config file.

What's the issue you encountered?
I have set end_corruption_enabled to false in the configuration file config/biomesoplenty/biome_toggles.json, but the biome still generates.
game version: fabric 1.21.1
mod version: 21.1.0.8
jvm: graalVM 21
system: Windows 10
in modpack BMC3 1.21.1 Fabric
How can the issue be reproduced?
