What's the issue you encountered?

For some reason every time i go to the nether and pick up a blood bucket and then when i try using it, it evaporate. This strangely only happen whenever i try putting in the bucket.

Please fix this.

How can the issue be reproduced?

When going to the overworld if you were to empty the blood bucket you would find that it somehow spew water particles and when used in the nether it immediately evaporates.
