Toadstools wont grow with bonemeal

What's the issue you encountered?
I was able to grow one toadstool with bonemeal, but now the rest wont grow big.
I am using another mod called Pepsi’s Pocket Dimension, and want to grow them there. I planted red and brown mushrooms near them.
How can the issue be reproduced?
Place toadstools and try to grow them with bonemeal. I tried growing then alongside the red and brown mushrooms.
