End biomes do not load properly with any other end mods.

What's the issue you encountered?
This issue is happening in NeoForge 1.21.1 version 21.1.0.12
When other end biome mods are installed, biomes to not generate correctly and only generate the ground blocks. Nothing else. Image below of what it looks like.
How can the issue be reproduced?
This seems to be an issue with all end mods that add biomes. I tested with both Unusual End and End's Phantasm separately.
