BlockBOPColorizedLeaves and BlockBOPLeaves with metadata != 0 are not used for OreDictionary recipes. The one exception being pine leaves, which work (however, willow leaves don't).

Same for saplings. And probably other things as well.

Cannot reproduce this trying the metadata 0-15 on every type of leaves added by us.
