Yes, it was added well over a year ago, because I used it in generating my last map in sept '14.

Seconded. Would love this feature, especially for the nether biomes. I like the BoP nether biomes but would prefer the majority to be vanilla hell biome.

I'm so hopeful for this. We are only waiting for this to update our modpack and start generating a map for 1.7 :P
