Flowing poison liquid does not update correctly.

Whenever I encounter flowing poison pools while mining underground for ores, I remove them with a bucket by placing one source block into another, removing them one at a time as I go through the pool, as this is the least resource intensive method to remove them with. I use this method as often there are ores in the pool that I need to dig out, and it's not fun swimming in liquid poison. it's also not fun having to dig away filler material to expose the ores again.

Unfortunately, the liquid poison pools don't update the liquid flow correctly, and I have to log out of the world I'm in and back in again to remove the flowing liquid poison sources, as they are visually glitched client-side.

I couldn't reproduce this, could you be a bit more specific? What version of Forge, Minecraft and BoP are you using and is this in single player/multiplayer?

The versions are the same as the ones in the DireWolf20 1.6.4 1.0.23 (this is a test build they released, might contain bugs, but seems pretty stable to me.) modpack from Feed The beast for Minecraft 1.6.4, the versions are as follows:

Biomes'o'Plenty-universal-1.6.4-1.2.416 (Minecraft itself lists this mod as 1.2.1 for version)
Minecraft Forge 9.11.1.965 - NB this is what Minecraft reports it as being, can't find this in the modpack list.
Forge Multipart 1.0.0.244

Additionally, there was a Bibliowoods Biomes'o'Plenty Edition that listed itself as 1.3 from within Minecraft. Not sure if that is relevant to this bug report or not.

NB: When I write "from within Minecraft" I mean that I run the modpack in question as the indicated test version I'm playing, and then click on the "Mods" button that appears when the main Minecraft screen loads.

In the FTB modpack launcher, test version for a particular modpack are obtained by clicking on the "recommended" tab to the right of the selected modpack and downloaded from the FTB launcher which handles all of the installation and launching of these mods so I don't understand too much about that side of modpacks. There's also a bug report thread for this modpack which can be found here, I've also reported this issue there: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/direwolf-20-1-6-4-public-beta.35476/page-99

I hope that helps, apologies if it was too long-winded. :-)

Cheers ...

Oh, to answer whether it was singleplayer, yes, it is!

We no longer support BoP for 1.6 i'm afraid. As i cannot reproduce this in 1.7 using the latest Forge/BoP i'm going to presume that this has been addressed (either as a side-effect of my rewrites or by changes in Forge).

Feel free to reopen this if you're experiencing this in 1.7 with the latest versions of everything.
