Ore dictionary mixup (flower stem is wood and mahogany wood isn't)

As in title flower stem is being registered as logWood and mahogany wood isn't . Line 338 in /src/main/java/biomesoplenty/common/core/BOPCrafting.java should probably be if (i != 2) instead of if (i<3) but i'm too lazy to make proper PR (sorry).
