If I have biomes o plenty installed with lots of other mods that add new biomes, flowers, trees etc. will the biomes from other mods still be generated if i have biomes o plenty

Yes, provided the biomes from other mods are registered normally they should be copied over to our world type. Also, Github isn't really the place for questions, Discord is generally preferred,
