Liquids behaving like solid blocks [1.9]

Issue Description:

All the liquids added by BoP (Poison, Spring Water, Blood and Honey) behave as though they are solid blocks, with the player walking on top of them, rather than sinking into them like water or lava.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place or find any of the mentioned liquids.
  2. Walk onto them.
