neotech wrenching crate triggers biops achievement that crashes game(mod interaction not sure if bug/crash)

Issue Description: every time i try to wrench a storage crate it triggers a biomesoplenty achievement that causes my instance to crash back to desktop
Steps to reproduce:
- have neotech and biomes of plenty installed
- place down a storage crate with or without items stored in crate
- wrench the storage crate
