Jacarandas in Extreme Hills

Issue Description:
I started a test world with BOP in 1.10.2, and spawned in Extreme Hills. (With EH+ next door, those mountains are awesome but not my issue here.) I found the place heavily dotted with Jacaranda trees. These are certainly pretty... but AFAICT, jacarandas are tropical trees, and EH is anything but a tropical biome.
Steps to reproduce:
- Make a world
- Look for Extreme Hills
- Note all the purple trees.

It's not meant to be realistic. Jacaranda trees were added because I wanted a purple tree, and they look nice in the Extreme Hills.
Also, for what it's worth..."It has been planted widely in Asia, especially in Nepal." Nepal is a very mountainous country, and I wouldn't really consider it to be tropical.
