Issue Description:

When shearing leaves, I get both the leaf blocks, and saplings and fruit as well. I can even place the leaves and shear them again to get more saplings and fruit.

I have verified this in a world with only BOP (and Journeymap).

In my usual world, I'm also finding that breaking leaves with a Silk Touch tool drops nothing, that is no leaf blocks, but I couldn't reproduce that in the BOP-only world.
