Issue Description:

Died, and my items spilled on the ground, Broke the tombstone, and while picking up the items crashed.
It seems that picking up a piston causes it. Tried it without loading BoP and the crash doesn't happens.
I don't know if it happens with other items, I did not test other possibilities.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Take a piston, throw it on the ground
2. Try to pick it up
3. Crash
