Issue Description:

BoP saplings don't update redstone repeaters. This breaks vanilla-style tree farms.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Put down repeater.
  2. Activate repeater.
  3. Put maple sapling in front of repeater.
  4. Put a redstone repeater facing away from the sapling.
  5. Make sapling grow.
  6. Congratulations, you have a BUDded repeater.
