Flower Basket is not auto-collecting

- BiomesOPlenty-1.10.2-5.0.0.2109-universal.jar
- Minecraft 1.10.2
- Forge 1.10.2 - 12.18.3.2185
- This issue occurs with OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_D4
- All other mods which appear to be involved are updated to their latest versions: Yes
- This issue does not occur in a modpack conflicts.
Issue Description:
Flower Basket no longer auto-collecting flowers, tree_saplings, mushrooms, etc.
Steps to reproduce:
- Unknown on how it started. Just stopped altogether.
- Any screenshots were relevant, I can't really show the log issue for just not showing up. Checked configs too, nothing showing up for a reason for it to happen.
Affected Versions (Exact numbers, do not use "latest"):
- Biomes O' Plenty: 1.10.2-5.0.0.2109-universal.jar
- Minecraft: 1.10.2
- Forge: 1.10.2 - 12.18.3.2185
