Nothing to do with us. Likely to do with Extra Bees/Extra Trees or some other structure-adding mod that isn't updated properly for 1.6.4.

Aye, indeed. I forgot that Extra Bees/Trees add a villager + structure, which wasn't updated to 1.6.4 ! Thanks for the response!
