Nether biome mods cause issues with the way Bismuth registers biomes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install a mod like Cinderscapes, Better Nether, or Incendium.

Expected behavior
All biomes are successfully parsed in the SimpleBiomeRegistry we use

Additional context
Look into how we dynamically create current columns.
This only is affecting other mods, vanilla behavior, resources packs, etc are fine.
Mods like terralith, terrestria, etc are fine.

This has been resolved in 0.1.8 thanks to suggestions by Sasquott, IMS, and many others.
