Blocks disappear after rejoining, must replace the block to reappear

The title is pretty self explanatory, after leave the server, and join back, the blocks turn invisible. I can still break the block to obtain the bits I placed.
Middle clicking results in the mod providing an invisible bit collection.
Not a rendering issue as other bit collections appear.
