Can't tell who is to Blame

Hi TP,
I've been trying to track down the source of an issue reported by Blame, and have finally narrowed it down, but I'm still not sure which mod(s) is being janky. Here is my log:

Basically, there are tons of these reports:
Failed to load resource file: mod:worldgen/configured_feature/whatever_feature.json
Reason stated: Unknown tag: forge:base_stone_granite
The tag is added by Mystical World and the json for it looks fine. If Mystical World is disabled, and the Undergarden mod is present, the reason changes to:
Reason stated: Unknown tag: undergarden:base_stone_undergarden
Undergarden adds that tag and it also looks fine. If both mods are enabled, it just sticks with the granite message as far as I can tell.
After spending a while disabling mods, it appears that Immersive Engineering is triggering these errors. Disabling IE makes Blame squeaky clean. The logs show nothing amiss as far as Immersive Engineering is concerned. So, is it really IE, or the other 2 mods, or gremlins? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
Sounds like IE but I will take a look when I get time. may be a bit before I get around to it
