  • Fix icon of Ender Chest (at least it's broken in 1.4.2)
  • Maybe add info about "channel" (i.e., colors on top)

The former is actually a bug in Block Helper where I was using the wrong function to render the block. This also fixes many other blocks such as the pipes from BuildCraft (basically everything that uses a special tile entity renderer)!
