Bug when mods in config are not there anymore

Hi, I was tinkering around and I removed the mod BetterDefaultBiome.
I forgot to change the blockswap config info relative to it.
I unfortunately don't have the exact lines as I quickly removed them without thinking but I basically was replacing BetterDefaultBiome's palm and willow trees (sapling and leaves) with BYG variants.
When I created a world afterwards, I would break blocks in Creative and they'd get replaced by a BYG palm sapling.
I also noticed a structure surrounded by saplings as shown in link below
Removing the lines corrected the problem
