What happened?
A feature/config so block swap would only happen during world generation and not for blocks placed by players for expample.
This would help for example in scenarios where you just want to disable a Ore from generating because the way to obtain it is different in the modpack, but players would still be able to place them in the world.

With KubeJS's worldgen feature not working in 1.20.1, I would also appreciate a way to replace blocks in worldgen only
Isn't this feature already implemented in 5.0.0.0?
