[Request] Ability to replace blocks if block is present in specific biome.

I found that one of the best ways to use this mod is for biome generation. The amount of control possible is amazing. However, the control could be limitless if it could replace blocks based on biome. For example, removing shroomlights from a specific biome instead of never having shroomlights. This mod works wonders with BYG. You practically get to make custom biomes.
@CorgiTaco i forgot to mention this, but this could also open up new options for the obtaining of blocks. a developer for a datapack could specify that, say, magma turns into frost magma if placed in a snowy biome
