1. Add an option for automatically adding a link to the clipboard on upload (off by default)
2. In the UI add an option to copy to the clipboard

Can add the "auto copy to clipboard" option, but regarding the option in the UI, That already exists.
When you select a capture in the UI, you get a copy URL option in the bottom left.

But maybe rather than hiding those buttons when nothing is selected, I will just show them as disabled, so its a little more clear that you need to select a capture for those options to be available.
