fabric 1.21.4 copper_tuff_bricks do not oxidize, fix that plz

There is indeed a problem with oxidation in 1.21.4, but at the moment I don't know how to fix it. But it look like an API problem (FabricMC/fabric#4371)
it will remain broken until I find another solution, but thank you for reporting this.
