Sapphires do not appear to be genning with the other gems. Found none on Quetzi's sub server or any flying around in a creative world. A few other people have noticed the same thing.

Fix requires a config update, the veinCOunt and veinSize defaults for sapphire are transposed. Fixed in commit 7b82d36
