[Bug] Unable to craft restriction tubes with ID 4223:88

Version: BluePower 1.7.10-0.1.717
Location: Qmunity Sub Server
Seems that freshly crafted "Pneumatic Tube" with ID 4223 can be crafted into Restriction tubes. But once you place and break a "Pneumatic Tube" that now has a ID of 4223:88, and then try to craft "Restriciton tube", you cannot craft it.

Did some further testing in trying to use "Pneumatic Tube" ID 4223:88 to craft "Item Detector" with same problem. I'm thinking this crafting issue is not just related to tubes, but anything else that has been placed in world and then decided upon to break and use that item in a crafting recipe.

It is related to any multipart, and I know what the cause is. Fix is planned.

Fixed in the newer (already released) versions.
