Bluepower creating a seperate instance within the ATL instance folder

Hey
We are testing Bluepower as part of resonant rise 3 (1.7.10) testing. Now for some reason bluepower has been creating a seperate instance called ResonantRi (Normal instance is called ResonantRise). Within the folder is a bluepowerfolder, inside that is PartID, Inside that is PartID.txt
this is the only thing within the instance. Whats more is this is happening during gameplay, not at load. Its a bit of an issue as it is basically spamming our instance folders with redundant instances.
