Be able to disable sides of the not gate using the screwdriver similar to the and gate.

This has now been added to the main branch as of c5bdf7c

not gate I don't think so. only a few gates currently can do that (AND and OR gate at least).

Not sure why you'd want to disable a not gate output* ?

Because in compact builds you dont want said not gate to interact with other gates/wires. You just want to invert that signal and input it into 1 gate/redstone viable object
