[bug]RS latch indicator light not working and initial placement only powering 1 side

When a RS latch is placed facing the east/west direction then the north/south output will not light up (visual glitch).

Additonally, on initial placement only 1 output is active and not the corresponding input.

Top left: initial placement
Top right: correct behavior
Bottom: Visual glitch
