In my opinion this makes sense, taking care that one of the objectives of bluepower is allows you to make REDstone systems more compact, and make all it blue doesn't have any sense at all.
I respect the fact that you are trying to don't copy Redpower so much, however again, make redstone blue is weird, take care of it, i suggest to keep with the idea of, logic = red, and power = blue.

We have plans for some red gates (analog) but most of them are still going to be blue.

The plan is to have both digital and analogue systems. Teslatite will be used for power as well, but a different blend. When we get to doing analogue gates and wire the recipes will be more red stone heavy.

I appreciate that not everyone likes the colour of the gates, however there are those that love them in blue. We have a lot of plans for logic, what you see right now is just the first iteration.

It's not just the color. The new ore, Teslatite, which is used to make logic circuits in place of redstone, seems like it should be the replacement for Nikolite, which was used to create bluetricitry powered machines and devices in the original RedPower.
What exactly is the plan here? Use it for both? Add another ore?
