Another Idea I think a glass that is as tough as obsidian is needed and as blue power already adds sapphire I think it makes sense to add it in.

Actually they are very hard, third on the Mohs scale. Glass made out of them would be very durable but impracticable on a large scale due to resource requirements. Perhaps it could be an alloy furnace recipe. 1 sapphire + 1 glass.

The military use industrial sapphire for their armoured vehicles so it is used IRL

the glass should be able to be turned into any type of window, just my idea (like an actual house window or a window in a car, when you right click on the window (which is 2 blocks tall) the bottom half goes up like an actual window in a house, now thats just one type of window i had in mind, the 2 block tall one.

This is fantastic but shouldn't the outline be more blueish?

I've already pushed it out to master, so feel free to build it and play around with it. I've also added Reinforced Sapphire Glass, which is wither-proof ;)
