[Suggestion] Waila gate overlay support

Both Redlogic and Project: Red have this, it gives all gates an in-world overlay showing where the inputs and outputs are, as well as some other info occasionally.

I talked to tterrag (the one who did it for redlogic via wailaplugins) and he had this to say:
