Using a screwdriver in release 1.7.10-0.2.962 (in Tekkit legends pack) doesn't rotate a transposer. The silky screwdriver in the same release just breaks the block.

Note: the buildcraft wrench in the same pack does rotate the block. So does the engineer's wrench from engineers toolbox.
