In RedPower, you had a Solar Panel to power machines. For some reason, there are machines in BluePower that need Blutricity to run but no such way to generate it exists inside the mod alone.

Never mind, its a hollow GUI feature; it doesn't need Blutricity apparently, and I just had it setup wrong.
