Unable to craft recipes which outputs a modified input item

What were you doing when the issue happened?
Trying to dye a Minecraft shulker box in a Vanilla crafting table (also does not work with crafting station)
What did you expect to happen?
For the recipe to work properly
What happened instead
No crafting possible at all

Forge 28.1.40 on Minecraft 1.14.4

Blue Power 0.3.133
I am also not able to properly craft CC:Tweaked Turtles with e.g. a pickaxe. The item outputs correctly, but the input item remains as well, effectively duping the item. I suspect it has to do with this as well.
The stacktrace makes me believe there is some sort of crafting recipe override going on with Blue Power that doesn't work, as I do not see any other mods involved there and the recipe is definitely a vanilla recipe (shulker box).
