Crafting recipes currently lack support for items and blocks registered in the ore dictionary by other mods.

Which recipes?

Keep in mind that "ingotBrass" is not "ingotBronze" and "ingotZinc" is not "ingotTIn"

Last I checked, any recipe using ingotBlueAlloy or ingotBrass was not accepting ore dictionary equivelants.

What mod specifically are you referencing to?

Unless you can provide an example so we know what you are referencing I'm going to have to close this

If you mean TConstruct, you must know that they are registering ingotAluminumBrass and ingotAluminiumBrass

Is there any way you can provide us the java files with recipes?

I can provide you the class in which I register all of my items. However the creation of blue alloy ingots is done by a machine in my mod rather than a recipe. Blue alloy ingots are only added for compatibility with other mods. They are not used in any of my own recipes. I've also recently discovered that my ingots do work in Bluepower's retriever recipe, but that's it.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm actually referring to my own mod in which I've added both brass and blue alloy ingots. (I can provide a WIP build if necessary) I can guarantee that my ore dictionary tags match yours. ("ingotBrass" and "ingotBlueAlloy") Brass seems to be working all of a sudden, but any recipe that uses blue alloy ingots still won't accept ore dictionary variants.
