Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place some items in the Project Table's own inventory.
2. Move items from there to the crafting grid which make a valid recipe.
3. Click on the result and place it in the player's inventory.
4. Click the X to clear the crafting grid.
5. Hit Esc to leave the Project Table GUI.
6. Right click on the project table. Another copy of the recently removed item will be in the output slot.
7. Remove that item without paying any material cost.
8. ...
9. Profit!

Nevermind. Fixed in build 637.

Uhm... I was able to reproduce it in my development environment.... I fixed it already though.
