So in the crash I got keep getting a crash when trying teleporting to a new chunk regarding blueprint mod.

these are the mods I added since this mod was in the original modpack.

because if those mods were the issue then it shouldn't say the suspected mod to be from the original modpack or am I wrong?

This is just a Feature Order Cycle issue that has nothing to do with Blueprint. The issue is probably with Terralith or Craziness Awakened, but you can find more info with Cyanide or use Feature recycler.
