The ‘radius’ part of the configuration isn’t there. The gradient still works and I can make my backgrounds darker and different colored but they won’t actually blur no matter what I do

The radius in Blur+ is based on the vanilla blur strength that can be configured in the Accessibility Settings.
Are you on Fabric or NeoForge? There are currently still some issues on NeoForge, including Blur not working in various screens.
