Rapid flickers when returning to main menu

Observed behavior

When returning to the main menu, the screen rapidly flickers between black and normal for about a second. Logs do not indicate any issues.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to Options, or any other submenu from the main menu.
  2. Observe that the background blurs normally.
  3. Press "Done" to return to the main menu.
  4. Observe flickering. After it finishes, the background is no longer blurred.

  • Mods: Fabric API, Blur+
  • OS: Windows 10
  • GPU: AMD RX 580
