The chunk at 0/0 does not load from the cache

Create world, enable Bobby
Go to 0/0
Move far enough away such that the chunk at 0/0 is loaded by Bobby rather than the server
Re-open world
Chunk at 0/0 is missing, all other chunks are present (albeit possibly not being rendered due to culling)
