I have set it on 300 but it only displays 32
is the single player render distance only 32?

Did you re-log after setting the "Singelplayer Server View Distance"?
If you reduce the "Singelplayer Server View Distance" to 4, does it render only 4 chunks?
Have you visited these distant chunks before (while Bobby was installed and enabled and the "Singelplayer Server View Distance" was set and you re-logged)?
If so, please attach a screenshot of the F3 screen while looking at chunks you believe should be loaded (so ideally same as above just with server view distance at 4).

what is re-logging and how do you do it.

Exit the world to the main menu, or just close the game.
