Blocks turn into ghost block shells when broken or into invisible ghost blocks when placed

Tested this, and it only happens with bobby enabled, tried distance horizons,, and just nvidium.
Blocks when broken will leave behind their old shell that you can walk through but not mine, disappears in about a second, have to reload shaders to get red of them immediately.
Blocks when placed will not show a texture, just a transparent outline of the block then will pop into existence, also fixable by reloading shaders.
Any fix for this? System isnt running low on either ram, vram, or cpu load.
I7 8700k
rtx 3070ti
32gb ram (10gb allocated)
seems that its mostly happening when bobby is loading a new area in, everything works fine within the same chunk, but move a couple chunks over and the block issues start happening again until bobby catches up
Ditto, 'ghost block' effect happens when I've Bobby enabled. More consistently, when opening a door, the door will physically open but visually it takes a second or two for it to actually show the door is open.
What I've found is when I face away from the door, immediately turn around, and try to open/close the door, this 'ghost' effect happens almost every time.
Could the entity unloading when behind the player have anything to do with this? Holler if there's anything I can do to help test things.
Apologies, I forgot to mention I am using Nvidium in my set up.
