I have the latest version of Bobb and i made sure i had the fabric version of Cloth Config API, but the config menu still isn't showing up.

Same problem here. Newest version of both cloth config for fabric and bobby. No Config button.

I have the same problem, but for anyone looking for a workaround right now: Go to your minecraft installation and in the config folder you will find bobby.conf. In there you can change all the settings you need. Hope this helps someone.
