Combining caches of temp lobby instances as well as disabling cache generation in game worlds in large public servers

In a large server like MCC Island for example, a single lobby is running on multiple instances, so a new cache folder is being made for each instance. Is it possible to only cache and load chunks for each general lobby instead of the individual instances? I thought that's what dynamic world management does, but I must be misinterpreting that.

Also, when playing an actual game in the server such as sky battle that has multiple maps where blocks are being placed and broken, it would probably be better to have an option to not cache these chunks at all.

For both of these things, could Bobby get the name of the lobby/game (like the one shown below) and use that as a reference?
