breaking fully grown bonsai only yields bonsai crops, gives no cuttings

this issue was made years ago I don't quite recall what it was now

but I believe it may have been a Custom SkyBlock I wanted to use bonsai trees for
and I never add pam's to my packs, so it couldn't have been that

Is Pam's Harvestcraft loaded? it maybe a compat issue with harvestcraft.
