[FEATURE] Add config option to allow axes that can not be damaged

I am not using performance mods.

Description
I can not add any axe that has no durability. For example the Supremium Axe from Mystical Agriculture. All other axes below that tier from that mod work but they also can take damage.
I guess this is on purpose but it would be nice to have a config option to still allow axes that can not take damage
